Where do you ship and what are the shipping costs?

National: €6,95
The Netherlands.

Europe Zone 1: €8,-
Belgium, Germany.

Europe Zone 2: €15,-
Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary
Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom.

Europe Zone 3: €22,-
Croatia, Finland, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Portugal,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Rest of the world: €32,-
Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Ireland, Hong Kong, Israël, Japan,
Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Qatar, Romania, Russia,
Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The estimated delivery times are:
National / 2-5 business days
Europe Zone 1,2 & 3 / 5-10 business days
Rest of the world / 5-12 business days

If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify you accordingly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping services used by Daniëlle Cathari provide a tracking number and insurance of your package.

Will there be any additional costs to my order?

Orders within Europe will not be subjected to any additional charges. For countries outside Europe; there may be additional charges like import duties, depending on the local customs. These additional charges are to be paid to the local carrier and/or customs and are not collected by Daniëlle Cathari.

PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via PayPal, VISA, Master Card, American Express and IDEAL.

RETURN POLICY

Can I return or exchange my order?

We will not refund any item unless it is defective or damaged. If it happens that your received item is defective or damaged, please send us an email and we will respond within 48 business hours. Please note that the item must be unworn with all its original tags.

If you want to return your order for store credit or exchange for a different size, please send us an email. You can return or exchange it within 14 calendar days after you received your order. Once we received the returned item, you’ll receive your gift card code typically within 48 hours. We don’t cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order.
