Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping services used by Daniëlle Cathari provide a tracking number and insurance of your package. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Taxes and duties
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the order total. For countries outside Europe; customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Daniëlle Cathari, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
All orders in The Netherlands will be delivered in an environmental friendly way with Fietskoeriers (bike courier).
All orders in Europe will be shipped with either DHLParcel, UPS Standard or DPD.
All orders in the USA and Rest of the World will be shipped with DHLExpress.
All packages are traceable with tracking information and will be sent as soon as this is available.
DC HQ Pick up
If located in the Netherlands, there’s the possibility to pick up your order at the DC HQ. You can collect your order in a faster and more environmental friendly way.
How it works
Select Pick up at the check-out. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up (usually ready within 2-hours during office hours). Please bring your ID and order confirmation.
If you don’t pick up your order within 14 days after purchase, your order will be automatically canceled. If for some reason you are not able to pick up your order within this period, please send us an email.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, we kindly ask you to wait outside while we collect your order.

Return terms and conditions
All items from the archive sale are final and non-returnable. On all items outside of the archive sale our regular policy as described below applies.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at daniellecathari.com, you have the possibility of returning the products to us within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please send us an email, once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive your refund typically within 48 hours. We do not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order.

All returns that are shipped back, following our return and exchange terms and conditions, will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping charges, customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or a different item, we advise you to return the item(s) you wish to not keep and place a new order with the desired item(s) again. This ensure that the right product is immediately available and shipped to you. For the return, please send us an email and keep in mind the Exchange and Return Terms and Conditions. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.

Damaged or defective products
If you received a damaged or defective product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will respond within 48 hours. We will find a suitable solution to make sure you will receive a new product in good condition.
