Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping services used by Daniëlle Cathari provide a tracking number and insurance of your package. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Taxes and duties
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the order total. For countries outside Europe; customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Daniëlle Cathari, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

Shipping method
All orders in The Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL.
All orders in Europe will be shipped with either UPS Standard or DPD.
All orders in North America, UK and Rest of the World will be shipped with DHLExpress.

All packages are traceable with tracking information and will be sent as soon as this is available.


Return and exchange terms and conditions
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at, you have the possibility of returning the products to us within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please send us an email, once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive your refund typically within 48 hours. We do not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order.

Refund method
All returns that are shipped back, following our return and exchange terms and conditions, will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping charges, customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees are not refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or a different item, we advise you to return the item(s) you wish to not keep and place a new order with the desired item(s) again. This ensure that the right product is immediately available and shipped to you. For the return, please send us an email and keep in mind the Exchange and Return Terms and Conditions. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.
