All items from the archive sale are final and non-returnable. On all items outside of the archive sale our regular policy as described below applies.

Items purchased on daniellecathari.com are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Please send us an email, once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive your refund to the original form of payment. We do not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order.

Refund method
All returns that are shipped back following our return and exchange terms and conditions will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping charges, customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees are not refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or a different item, we advise you to return the item(s) you wish to not keep and place a new order with the desired item(s) again. This ensure that the right product is immediately available and shipped to you. For the return, please send us an email and keep in mind the Exchange and Return Terms and Conditions. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.

Damaged or defective products
The customer must contact us at info@daniellecathari.com if it happens that a received item is defective or damaged, we will respond within 48 hours. The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion. All the returns should be authorized before sent back. 

Customers bear the risks of damage and loss once products and orders have been dispatched by Daniëlle Cathari. As of the immediate moment of acceptance of shipment by a common carrier, Daniëlle Cathari absolves itself of all and any responsibility for loss or damage of your order thenceforth. Responsibility and title of the product is passed onto the customer with immediate effect.

The estimated delivery times are:
The Netherlands – 2 to 3 business days
Europe – 3 to 5 business days
USA and Rest of the world – 2 to 3 business days

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping services used by Daniëlle Cathari provide a tracking number and insurance of your package. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the order total. For countries outside Europe; customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Daniëlle Cathari, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

DC HQ Pick up
Select Pick up at the check-out. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up (usually ready within 2-hours during office hours). Please bring your ID and order confirmation.

If you don’t pick up your order within 14 days after purchase, your order will be automatically canceled. If for some reason you are not able to pick up your order within this period, please send us an email. 

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, we kindly ask you to wait outside while we collect your order.

Privacy Policy
By visiting and purchasing from the Daniëlle Cathari website, the customer agrees with the Privacy Policy.
