By placing an order on the Daniëlle Cathari website you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
Returns or exchanges
Items purchased on daniellecathari.com are eligible for returns or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Please send us an email, once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive your refund or coupon code typically within 48 hours. We do not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order. If you want to refund or exchange your order, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns that are shipped back following our return and exchange terms and conditions will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping charges, customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees are not refundable.
Damaged or defective products
The customer must contact us at email@example.com if it happens that a received item is defective or damaged, we will respond within 48 hours. The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion. All the returns should be authorized before sent back.
Customers bear the risks of damage and loss once products and orders have been dispatched by Daniëlle Cathari. As of the immediate moment of acceptance of shipment by a common carrier, Daniëlle Cathari absolves itself of all and any responsibility for loss or damage of your order thenceforth. Responsibility and title of the product is passed onto the customer with immediate effect.
The estimated delivery times are:
The Netherlands – 2 to 5 business days
Europe – 5 to 10 business days
USA and Rest of the world – 5 to 12 business days
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping services used by Daniëlle Cathari provide a tracking number and insurance of your package. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the order total. For countries outside Europe; customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Daniëlle Cathari, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
Packages will be shipped using our standard shipping service, which will be PostNL or DHL. All packages are traceable with tracking information as soon as this is available.
